The play Kiss by Chilean playwright Guillermo Calderon had its Korean premiere performed by the Seoul Metropolitan Theatre. Set in a household in Damascus, Syria, the story begins with two long-acquainted couples spending time together watching a TV drama. However, unexpected love confessions and a sudden proposal complicate their interactions. What initially seems like a conventional melodrama takes an unforeseen turn in the middle of the play, delivering a fresh perspective and a profound message to the audience.
